Make sure there is no heat when applying the laminate. Also curious if you were to stick a rigid piece of sign board like 6mm alu-panel on the table and lower the rollers then take a flashlight and stick it on the other side of the rollers, do you see any light that is shining thru.?

The file itself will need to be gone through spending an hour or so with selecting the individual elements and uniting / welding them together with one another to get what you're trying to achieve. Lol, I KNOW! This drives me crazy about the Epson. Got the S80600 and I couldn't believe it that it didn't come with it. We replaced a Mimaki and the auto sheet cut was a must. But now you learn, and I heard some machines don't come with take-up reel. Now that would be insane.

SAi Flexi is a great tool to use when step and repeat multiple prints up on a sheet like this. You're able to specify the space between, and how many up on a sheet with just one click of a button.
