Make sure there is no heat when applying the laminate. Also curious if you were to stick a rigid piece of sign board like 6mm alu-panel on the table and lower the rollers then take a flashlight and stick it on the other side of the rollers, do you see any light that is shining thru.?

Got the S80600 and I couldn't believe it that it didn't come with it. We replaced a Mimaki and the auto sheet cut was a must. But now you learn, and I heard some machines don't come with take-up reel. Now that would be insane.
SAi Flexi is a great tool to use when step and repeat multiple prints up on a sheet like this. You're able to specify the space between, and how many up on a sheet with just one click of a button.
