    I have the same issue, however i rubbed the sensor eye and like magic it worked! however this is an ongoing problem and i believe it is a temp fix. My question is where can we buy the cut carriage able and the guides that sit around it? Any sources?

    if its scratching off you are proble using wax ribons by mistake (they look similair) because the actual resien ribbons will not scratch off but wax will Id put my money on you have wax ribbons in your pc60 (they are used for t-shirt printing/heat press)
