    Problem solved. Decided to try the serial cable to connect the cutter, after selecting the correct com port it worked great. I now need to tune it up a bit as the cuts with circles seem to be a bit rough. Will try a new blade first. Thank you to all that assisted with my issue!

    From program manager (finally got it working) send test to cutter. The cutter head moves to start the cut (about 2 seconds) then it doesn't continue with the cut and Windows freezes including all programs, keys and mouse. Have to turn off to clear it.

    After long inactivity I got my Vinyl Express R 2 hooked up. I'm running Windows Vista Home. Using Flexi 10.5. When I send a job to the cutter, it initialized moving the cutting head, then just locks up the Program Manager. Any ideas would be appreciated!
