    I think the printer is around 90-95k. The service plan cost is not 100% on. But it doesn't cover the heads after 20,000sqm of usage.

    Heads aren't covered by an extended warranty. Just get a reduced price for them if needed.

    We've done 505903sqft - 47000sqm since Feb 2021. The warranty is for 20,000sqm not for each head but for the whole machine. So after 20,000sqm - 215,000sqft the heads aren't covered under warranty anymore. It's looking like I'm due to replace one of the magenta heads.

    Do you have the 3120021 Glide shoe for blade holder (KCM-S, KCT, C2) inserted? It stops the blade from going into the backing paper. So you can go a bit harder on the pressure without affecting the liner.

    If it's your profiles don't they have a profile that's tested on another machine for a specific media so you can do a test and rule out if it's the profile or the printer specifically?

    Have they fixed those Fotoba marks yet? Just need to copy the caldera setup. Being able to have the mark information in a preset/quickset would be better too.

    Yep sure can. Cant remember on the WR maybe you hold down the CLR button to access the factory menu.

    Check the view cells read count. You need a black and white sample. When the black sample is under the sensors it should be close to 0. For the white, it would be up around 170.

    Ours doesn't hit when I just watched it. But I can see it may have touched the cover in the past with a slight mark in the cover.
