  1. HP 800w Latest Firmware update-opinions sought

Looking for folks who are using the latest firmware update PLS_32_22_23.7 in their 800w machines. Was anything broken in this revision? Just curious as my last update killed the media advance. Thanks all
  2. Used HP Z6800, should I buy it?

These machines run and run. You have $1000 of ink right there!

That firmware is buggy and they know it. Re download the previous version and install it from a usb stick.

  6. HP 560 streaks on display film

We have the sane thing happening with our 360 using a variety of media. 11. Need Help Phototex 60" on HP 800w settings

Tension is set to 8 but HP is adamant to not increase the tension saying that tension is like pulling the media along. Waiting to hear back. many prints were already produced just fine, its just happening with a heavy ink load across the print area
  12. Need Help Phototex 60" on HP 800w settings

So I have been printing a job on the 60" version of this material in 8 pass 110% ink-vacuum @50 and have had the ink scraping the leading upper edge of the curing unit. Hp said to lower the curing temp from 195 to 180 which helped until I got to a dark section with full ink load. Does anyone run...
  13. HP Latex 1500-weak yellow

just to follow up, replaced Y/M head after shaking up the ink box and sub tank. Two hard cleanings and voila, full strength yellow ( not quite as instantaneous as voila )
  14. Print quality problems with 800W - Any other owners having major issues?

Just 2 machines I know of in the area.
  15. Print quality problems with 800W - Any other owners having major issues?

I do know this is not an isolated issue. Two 800w machines banding as described, bought to run in 6 pass as advertised in Virginia. Final solution unknown, that was 1 month ago.
