Hi, Just changed all of the filters a few weeks ago. Where are the ink pumps? I do hear the ink pumps running (white as well). This morning, it took 14 ink purges to get all of the nozzels on the white to fire. Thanks again, really appreciate your input. Joe

Does anyone have a service manual or guidance on replacing the encoder strip and encoder board on a CJV30? Never done it before and have the parts, just need to know how to do it. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

We had the same problem with our HP 360. The fix was to buck down as many mentioned. We were at 248 out which blew the board. I believe we bucked down to 220 and all is good now. Keep in mind you need 2 transformers. I think this is what we used...
