I'm running off the Illustrator plug-in for GoSign. I've added the registration marks, but cuts them like they are a part of the cut layer. It doesn't even try to search for them.

To clarify. This only happens when using registration marks.

Using Cutting Master 5. Horizontally, the cutting is fine, but the machine is stretching the cut file vertically. The very bottom cuts line up perfectly, and it skews gradually as it goes up. Does anybody have any idea what could be causing this? I just recently installed CM5 when CM4 stopped...

I'm fairly new to this machine, so I've been googling a lot of stuff to learn it. Have the basics down, and everything is fine when I just do a standard cut, but when I do a contour cut, I get double lines. I've already checked to make sure that it's set to single pass, which it is, but it cuts...

A few different people in my office are having this problem. When I send a job to our Canon IPF8300S, the job cancels as soon as it hits the printer. I've tried removing and reinstalling the drivers, but no luck.

I've been having this issue off and on for a couple years now. The leading edge starts a print with a faded streak. It only happens on that first 1/4" of print. We've had ink and printheads replaced since it started, but can't figure out what causes this. I've attached examples.

That did it. It wasn't automatically pulling up the most recent firmware. Did it through USB, and all of the brands are showing up now.

It was for 3M 480mc. Had to download it from some third party site. Not sure which one it was.

Ah, I see it now. As it turns out, my profile file was corrupt, so it didn't work anyway. Still would like to figure out why I can't search any other brands directly from the printer though.

I didn't see any place to add substrate profiles there. Am I missing something?

Do I choose "underflood" in the print mode?

I did that, but the white only printed where the white was visible. I need it to underfloor the people in the pictures and the speech bubbles and text, but leav the background without white so it stays translucent on the plexi. Any thoughts?
