Make sure to ALWAYS cut your window perf back 1/4 inch and seal it with a thin strip of optically clear laminate. It's tough to say from the photo but it looks like there could be moisture stuck under the laminate.
Install the graphics, trim back a quarter inch. And then install strip laminate (thin 1/4 inch strips) of the same 8518 or 8519 lam. Seal the entire outter edge.
Secondly the 3M product isn't ideal for this situation as it's not as pliable for this application
1) easier to pull the backing
2) not as aggressive on the initial tac
3) more pliable
4) no need for 3m primer. I absolutely hate 3m primer with a passion.
5) far less failures. I can feel confident in problematic areas that we aren't going to have failures.
6) faster to install. I would...
Oh and by the way. Primer94 is an after thought brought from a completely different department. I feel that it has been chosen as a temporary attempt to fix a product that isn't performing as well as it should
