The head strikes were caused by me messing with looking at the first print. The vinyl is not tunneling at all while printing, its laying in there smooth. the nozzle check is perfect..

its just not printing clear gray...photo explains. I have done head cleaning and nozzel check, it all looks good. Using Flexi 8.1 pro to print and rip...

The last 3 rolls i have bought have went from 60 1/2" wide to 59 7/8". Has anyone else noticed this? It is messing my contour cutting up as its not hitting the pinch roller right and I cant adjust it out anymore...

So I have a JV3-160S I have bought a bulk ink setup and ive not installed it. Right now im on 20/20 ink from Grimco, today my black ink that registered 6 all of a sudden when to near end, and then out. I removed the cartridge and there is plenty left in it. I have had this happen before...

It started printing the sides for a racecar wrap, printed about 2 inches, beeped, and it just said Wiper. I've never seen this before. I just put a new wiper on yesterday, it just says wiper and to hit enter. So I hit enter and it makes me go back and choose roll then re initiates and cancels...
