After doing the bi directional alignment using the detailed setting, all 8 strip tests, my test print looks great but my actual print still has the misalignment. A thin band on the left side of each letter in all colors, not sure what else to try.

Thanks, that was some great info! I will start with #1. I have taken the printer apart many times, the head, the cleaning station,,,tubing replaced, fussed with the encoderstrip....Just not sure about the damper? What does it look like?

I checked the fuses, now all the relays are working, had no clicks before, but no on light nor display. I pulled the memory card out and pressed it back in also.
