I had a similar problem with my Roland sg300, my issue was inconsistent contour cutting general worst with crop mark jobs. Hybrid jobs were better but not perfect. My problem was hairline cracks in the pinch roller which caused media to SKU and not track properly.

Thanks for the reply, I made it work by placing white vinyl where the crop marks print. It's kinda a pain but it did work, hopefully I figure out a better way. I do have graphtec cutter that I can send a cut to.
