    I lost my yellow...Upon cleaning in service mode I am seeing a stream of bubbles being sucked in to the damper from the ink side...- Do you think a damper replacement and a new o-ring will fix? joe

    thanks large format...are you thinking that the limit sensor is in fact the "encoder strip sensor? my tech says they are different and they ordered me what is called a "limit sensor" which is 38.00 verses the encoder strip sensor which is 260.00 - he says they are different, i am trying to get...

    nobody here has done a limit sensor huh? well, my tech assures me the limit sensor is different than the encoder strip, but they seem to be in the same location with no reference to a limit sensor on the sensor map...i will keep you posted..

    after 1 month of not printing, new heads, new fuses...got the thing printing...have made 3 -4 prints. now constant service call code 0105 - checked all that the manual suggests...printhead and cut carriage and connection and disconnecting perfect, ran the limit initialize set up 10 times...

    damn, just cant get it working, it is now worse, happens every time and cannot print...did limit initialize, cleaned encoder strip, cleaned sensor...adjusted lock switch...any other ideas?

    finally, we have the sp300v printing beautifully, yet about 60 percent of the time we get the 0105 code.....not exactly sure how to check all that the manual references...this has all come about since replacing print heads and blowing tons of fuses....that prob is resolved...now this...PLEASE...

    UPDATE! We are now able to print a test....sometimes....We did get it to do a perfect test print once and all 4 colors printed...Now a continuous service call 0105 error...check all that the manual suggested...no help....any ideas?

    in doing the ink fill, i did as suggested filling cap stations with solution, run ink fill acts like it is pumping, moving back and forth yet the lines are not filling with ink...either the pump is not creating suction or there is an air lock in the line or ink cartridge...any ideas
