  1. Best way to send file for CAD

DXF all the way, autocad tends to treat circles as very small straight lines connected together to form a circle which makes routing a pain and not always very smooth
  2. Suggestions Decently priced CNC router

AXYZ 6010 (10 ft x 6.5 feet bed) , basically go for the biggest bed you can afford and have room for - you won't regret it! and decent vacuum and a auto tool height sensor are a must. the rest such as auto tool change etc are nice to have but not critical

  10. Removing Guides?

Right click on the guides and you will see the option to unlock the guides or lock them
  11. Need Help Sign Cut Too Short

I would get 2 inch ally angle cover the outside face in white vinyl, screw it in on to the inside of the box so the flat is against the inside face of the panel then slide my panels in and use some screws every 300 mm or so along the acrylic into the ally angle. paint them out white (play with...
  12. Pricing in the EU - truth in humor

So true, alongside the one I got the other day on version 6 of his can we just try the colour in this, that and the other, we then settle on a design only for him to email me and say "My Managing Director is back and he wants this - (totally different design) so back to square 1 - I then tell...
