I sold my L25500 printer with the dongle and discs but the guy doesn't have a cd rom, has anybody got a link where it can be downloaded from please. I told him to find somebody with a pc with cd rom and copy it to a dongle but just trying to help him move faster. Thank you

I install for a local company and they switched to high tac vinyl for walls about 2 years ago. Positioning has to be spot on before application as you only get one shot at it and it makes a mess of the wall if it's ever removed but had a lot of problems with normal vinyl in the past.

Started a new thread with better title as suggested in the hope somebody can help. I am trying to install a HP L360 into Onyx 12 and need the PrnInst file for onyx 12 if anybody has a copy as the Onyx download manager only goes back as far as onyx 18 and the prninst for that doesn't work with 12.

I think the only way I will be able to get this is from somebody who is running onyx 12 and has the same printer HP L360 as the prninst file will be installed on the pc they use. Alternative is I pay for an upgrade

Unfortunately Onyx have stopped supporting Version 12 so drivers only available for Version 18 and up

Managed to get download to work but when I try to install it says my key does not support version 12 of the product but it's definitely version 12, link downloads version 12.2 so wondering if that is the problem

Forgot to say, I have Onyx postershop version 10 discs, if I install this and insert the version 12 dongle will it upgrade

I have the same problem, I have the dongle but no discs, can anybody point me to a download site for Onyx Postershop Version 12 please
