Thanks Fred. I did try that and didn't see it in grams on the LCD of the cutter. Maybe that shows grams only in the software. Is there a small test cut I can do from the cutter? Or do I have to send a small job from the software?

How do you manually set the cut force on the Envision? I read through the manual and tried setting the force. I'm used to other cutters that are set in grams, the Envision is set in Ounces. But then when I cut I'm not certain it uses the right force. The only way I got it to cut though is to...

That driver is in Flexi but is locked by default. You need to contact SAi with your user ID to get the driver unlocked. The few times I've done this it was at no cost but policy may have changed and there may be a fee for this driver.

There were issues with black and white bitmap images printing reversed in that version. It's fixed in the new releases, but as a work around you can convert that image to RGB or CMYK and it should print fine. Note - this only occurred with some printer drivers. Most users never experienced it.
