Changed out the cap tops and dampers. Did a test print and no black or cyan. Suctioned several times and still no black or cyan. Checked the cables....any other suggestions? - PS...it worked fine before changing these out.

Thanks! I have replaced the blade holder as well as the cutting strip and the blade. I'm also adding the bleed line but it's still not cutting correctly.
Yes, replacing that cable is something something I think I'd want to tackle. I can't for the life of me find a roland technician near me. Emailed Roland and hopefully they'll respond soon.
Checked the carriage and everything seems in order. :(. Any other suggestions. I just had to pull out my silhouette and it is cutting better than the Roland.
Thanks John...It's a Roland 45 degree offset blade...it came with 5 in a pack and I've tried all five. I'll check the carriage to see if there are any issues with it.

Roland SP-300V using Flexi to add contour cut lines and Versaworks (newest edition) to print and cut. When cutting out font (any fonts) it will not cut correctly. It either skips parts or doesn't meet up.

In testing, we definitely used the washing instructions advised. I switched to a new roll, print/cut, waited 24 to press, another 24 hours to wash and once again....still looks all scratched up. And this is a brand new...
