Make sure Your USB ports are not set to power down/energy saver. I can’t remember the name, but this was a problem on our Summa S2T160... in the middle of jobs, it would just stop. I went into the power settings and made sure the computer couldn’t shut them off to save power.
I tried putting a UPS on my Epson S60600 but it just overloaded it- even a big one. I checked with Grimco and they said it simply needed a surge protector- which it has. Make sure to buy a good, NEW one. Older ones for some reason wear out.

On the "D" model, do you have OPOS registration? I assume so... I have had a bunch of problems with larger decals and part of the issue in Onyx is to adjust the distance the OPOS marks are generated in. 500mm I think is the standard, you may want to adjust from there so that decals try not to...
