I have had this issue a countless number of times. It always leads to me wasting a significant amount of vinyl and I no matter what I do I can't find a fix for it. I have an HP Latex 360 and I am trying to print a 15'x5' banner on Duratex Banner material but every time the banner gets past ten...
balstestrat I use the printer every day and am printing for a good majority of the day. Those printheads that were still under warranty are printheads that replaced previously bad printheads.
Grafix I will give the manual calibration a try and see if that changes anything.

I have an HP Latex 360 and have recently been having printheads consistently fail on me. It's never the same consistent print head though. Sometimes its Magenta/Yellow, sometimes if LC/LM, and sometimes its Black/Cyan. I haven't detected any kind of pattern other than it always shows itself...
JimMoorePDS It was not laminated. But yeah I'm pretty certain it was ink. Wherever there was red print there was red speckles on the window and wherever there was black ink there were black speckles on the window. Do you think laminating would solve that issue?

Three years ago when I first started installing graphics, I installed a window perf graphic at a hotel. It had full coverage with black and red ink printed on an HP Latex 360. I just went out today to replace the graphic with something new. It removed surprisingly well considering it had...
Anybody else having this issue? Adobe Illustrator updated and now I do not have the option to send a file for Cutting Master 4. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software three times now. Graphtec support hasn't got back to me and I've got jobs due today that require this cutter. Anybody...
I have been looking in to purchasing a steamer as we are beginning to do more and more vehicle wraps and it seems as though this could be a very useful tool. The first one that I have found was the POD Steamer 2.0 from The Wrap Institute's website. Was curious as to whether or not anyone has...
Ran a print head alignment test and it looked like this. Checked my print heads and my optimizer was bad so i replaced it. Ran another test and it still looks the exact same. Any thoughts?
Thank you for your feedback! After looking into it the training cable looks fine. Everything is in the place that it needs to be in. The vertical line has completely gone away but I am having issues with my alignment still. Here is a picture. Going to try a printhead alignment to see if that...
Had my belt replaced recently on my HP L360. Everything has been running really well and I haven't had any issues. Spent the entire day printing and then started a long print. Three minutes into the print its like my carriage decided it was done and slammed right into the edge of the printer on...
I have not tried either of those but I will now! Thank you! They do not provide a preset unfortunately. But we called and they helped us to recreate a profile that should work and I will be testing it out in the morning.
Just purchased a 60' roll of Newlife Magnetics King-Cling Spider Mat. Took the liner off and it sticks to everything and is even reusable. Fantastic product! Unfortunately though i am having troubles finding the right print profile for it. Every time i print the ink bleeds out of the edge of the...
So I've got a job that requires me to print on Avery Dennison V-4000 Reflective Film but I can't find a good profile for it anywhere. I have an HP Latex 360 and have never printed on this material before. The profile that I would need, and that Avery Dennisons website has, is faulty and will not...
