Hello all, My printer Mimaki JV300 was working fine this morning, normal shutdown, later, after a couple of hours, when I try to power it stuck on boot: - screen turn a little white but blank - fans are working - led pointer of the media measuring sensor turn on (normal) but it's just stuck...

that's frustrating I know.. I purchased the service manual just to understand the parameters, I hoped to find details on each parameter but I was wrong.

changing the refresh interval has nothing to do with the automatic cleaning while printing. from the SETUP menu,set "AUTO CLEANING" by page, length or time interval. unfortunatly, even if you stop this, the printer will carry on auto-cleaning in the middle of print!

not quiet that easy to count on the "favorites" feature, rasterlink6 make some mistakes about this. I've been using it for 3years, every update I wait, same problems remain with every update.

i have the same machine (JV300-160), it has bad engineering regarding the reel that holds the media. the black plastic is easily affected by the media regardless of it's weight. try press it with your hand, hold it and check it back and forth and see what i'm talking about. but there is a way...

i had the same problem with black (on Mimaki), sometimes even soft cleaning will open all the black nozzles.. do a test print all fine, leave it for a couple of minutes and will start to miss a lot of them. print some files and miss some again.. i checked the black ink valves, tubes, dampers...

the print head has a cable attached to it from the front, try remove it and re-plug it, if this didn't do the trick, try connecting the printer to a different electricity source. i once had a problem with my printer lcd panel, the problem resolved after i connected the printer to a different...

about humidity, i don't have a humidifier/dehumidifier.. however, the printer has it's own room with an air conditioner set to maintain the temperature at 25C, and i print with 27C set to all heaters in the printer. it's been like that 2 years now, never had a problem with the prints or clogged...

the test print show no clogged nozzles. does the print heads need to be changed if nozzles are all open?

i don't know about your problem except for one little part.. does any of the profiles you use has "DK" written in the name? rasterlink treat any color that contain Black differently when using "DK" profile (these profiles are for DeepBlack ink instead of Black ink).
