  1. Roland VP300 spools material while printing

Does this happen during the print or just after it appears to finish? Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  2. 20 mil mag

This is the real Irish way of doing it ;-) Keep the sheets short and have a person on each side support the weight. If you cut about 250g it leaves a reasonable track which you can then snap by hand or trim off with a knife. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  3. Which one of you made this one?

Working on this sign for a local dentists. What do you guys think ;-)
  4. Which one of you made this one?

WTF? Not sure how many times I've read it but still can get it to make sense. I know what they mean in a round about way though!
  5. Need Help Cutting Issue

We had I similar issue with our new gr640. It turned out it was a problem with Versaworks dual. We temporarily cured it by connecting with a USB cable until Versaworks got updated. Could be worth a try. Not sure about the blade offset, I think if that was the issue it would appear on corners not...
  6. Which one of you made this one?

That's what I used. I love the random sized art boards you get with it Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk

  8. Which one of you made this one?

Spent a good few hours designing this. What do you think? Thought afterwards that "times new roman" would have been a better choice of font. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  9. Question Dumbest Thing in Your Shop

Reminds me in a car dealers near me. They phoned one day asking for us to put graphics on a 4x4 for them. After sending them a design, the same as one we done previously for them they phoned to tell us not to bother as they'd just found the last one in a shopping centre car park when they left...
  10. Printer - Cutter for heat transfer: dryer needed?

I wouldn't worry about it. I used to do transfers with a bn20. Just let them sit a while before applying. One thing I'd say is bn20's are so slow printing it will be dry by the time it's finished printing! Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  11. Laminator help

Hi, I would definitely recommend you reduce the pressure of the top roller until it just grips and no more. When I adjust out laminator using a revolving handle on the side it goes loose whenever just the weight of the roller is on the material. I then turn it an extra quarter turn. Any more...
  12. Need Help Correct Profile Help SP540i

There's a setting to do with how fast the material gets fed through your machine. As far as I know it's known as "feed calibration". It's not something I know a great deal about but a bit of researching online should tell you more about it. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  13. Need Help Correct Profile Help SP540i

Hi, You seem to have banding in your print. I'd say to try cleaning then heads first. Don't think the profile is your main problem Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  14. Need Help Unethical Competition!

We had a couple of guys like that in our town. Both of them were offering ridiculously low prices. They used the cheapest ink and materials they could get their hands on, and provided their customers with nothing more the rubbish. Both went bust and got their equipment lifted with he leasing...
  15. Please opine on theses Print Test results.

Hi, don't want to rain on your parade but the black head looks hammered. Definitely nozzle deflection. Had a very similar test print a while back and no amount of cleaning would sort it. Ended up with a new head :-( Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
