I have an EPS.file that was made in a newer Illustrator. I need it converted down to CS2 ( or Illustrator 10 ) I tried the drag and drop trick but nothing seems to work. Can someone convert this down and send it back to me.

No he does not own the land, but has permission. I wasn't sure what the "principal use" and " accessory use " meant.

They are listed in order, but from different paragraphs. I hated to post the entire code list. He wants to put up a sign in a farmers field, with permission from the farmer. Not a billboard , but a regular business sign.

The last two signs I got from "Signbuilders" needed major repairs within 6 weeks of the sign install. The paint peeled of of one of them... no primer.
