I know this is old, but I had a similar question I was able to answer for myself. The ES-2000 photospectrometer is EFI's licensed version of the X-Rite i1Pro 2, and using the drivers for it allowed it to work in Onyx for profiling & calibration. I cannot confirm you can use X-Rites software...

What about color coding? Assign a color to each line, and then correspond with a color at the shelving along the row.

Find the font in your Windows font folder and see if it's greyed out, which means it's "Hidden". If so, just right click on it to bring up the context menu and then click "Show". (at least in windows 7)

It's an option on the printer. I'm unsure on the JV3 but on the JV33's interface it's: Function > Setup > Type (choose which user type) > Drying Time .. And then adjust the "Scan" time

It should be noted that this only works if the AI files are saved with the "Create PDF Compatible File" option checked. If I am creating complicated files, or files that have lots of linked (placed) objects, I don't usually tick that option because it increases file size.

It could just have the drying time cranked up.. that would cause pauses between passes.

It's probably static causing ink to stick to those spots. Might try wiping the material with something to cut back on the static.

What are people using the color-fill carved HDPE? I was always under the impression nothing really stuck to HDPE but I've seen it in a few places now. HDPE / King Colorcore / Starboard / etc.... Thanks in advance.
