Bummer...I've also replaced the capping station assembly and the offending dampers. I'm starting to think it maybe the manifold has a crack.

There are 8 ribbon cables on the slider board that run inside the e-chain. Check and make sure they are all seated down properly.

Check the cables on the slider board. I had one come unseated once.

Anyone see a test print similar to my left cyan channel. Looks almost smeared somehow. I've watched the head move over to perform the test print and nothing unusual happens. No lint or dust. The 1st test print comes out almost normal...not quite, but every cleaning and test print after..it...

I had a similar issue with my CJV of couple years back. Try replacing your USB cable.
