  7. Question Mutoh 1624X running MS31 Inks

    Didn't have that problem but did have them tend to leak out of the nozzle when changing inks. Was not a fan of the ink. We switched to Solventinkjet.com (from S101) and really like the ink.

    Also check your pinch rollers to make sure they are set right.....your problem looks more like the media may be slipping If your calibration is off it would most likely not cut at all or fail to read a few of the marks

    you can calibrate the plotter to read the specific material you are having problems with. Media sensor setup Turn on Sensor Adjust Menu/Arms/Sensor Adjust/ Select 1 to scan Print with standard type 1 marks to calibrate

    I have found the seals on the MS31 tend to leak when you replace the cartridges. Bummer to drip ink on your clean printer and floor etc....
