We've run our GS6000... two years...never had a service visit. We run it daily. Beautiful, consistent color.... (using Wasatch rip) No issues at all. [knock on wood]

Hoping those of you who have laminators can help... We operate in-house with an Epson GS6000...... and source a lot of screenprinted and flatbed printed stuff... We don't currently have a laminator, though... (we sell lots of stuff with no laminate) (cheap, 1 day use coro)... Finally...

Pretty good! Personally, I'm all about doing spec work...but only on MY terms. (.ie if 1 hour spec works equals 50% chance of getting a $5000 project...SURE!) (if 1 hour spec work equals 50% chance of getting a $200 project......ummmm....no)

Thanks! Thank you, Round Man.... After two weeks of crazy inconsistency, I think the problem was simpler than what we thought. We simply weren't installing the blade holder correctly.... Grrrrr.... Can't believe I missed the obvious!

Getting inconsistent cutting pressure from one side of cutter than the other... (.ie cuts all through liner on one side of the cutter) (.ie doesnt cut through the material on the other side of the cutter) Replaced blade... Replaced cutter strip... Hmmmm....
