No it wasn't replaced the printhead and maintenance station and it was printing great. Started to lose black that's when I replaced dampers, o-rings and nuts.
My black nozzles keep fluctuating wildly between cleanings. Printer has new dampers and o rings, new cap top on the maintenance station also new print head, cables and maintenance station within the last few months. I can't seem to figure out what is causing this. There is ink flowing through...
Sorry forgot to get back on here. I just removed the dampers and pulled ink through the lines with a syringe. Must have been air in the line somewhere I couldn't see it or maybe the damper just wasn't seated on the head correctly.

Where we're located in SD they ran a radio ad about every 30 minutes about distracting driving that included a bunch of blaring noises (cellphones, kids screaming, sirens, etc.) and every time this obnoxious commercial would come on I would find myself looking around everywhere and slowing down...
Just finished up a partial pickup wrap with it and worked great. I'm with the majority here though, great for partials, trailers and other flat surfaces but way too much initial tack for full wraps.
We run a Valuejet 1204 and have started to get this problem, I think it may be called "cockling" or something like that, thought it would be from the heat settings set too high, the heat is set on recommended settings so I bumped everything down 5 degrees and we were still getting the problem...
