Have a customer that needs 2 -- 71"x48" MDO with full color digital print and laminated. I had to buy 2 -- 96"x48" and cut them down to the size needed. Do you guys charge for the full 96x48 or just the71x48?

We print Coozies. These are the ones that fold flat for easy storage. We screen print them in-house. People seem to hold on to them for quit a long time. they fit Water Bottles, Cans, etc.. Has worked out really well for us. But besides signs and stuff we also do apparel screen printing in-house.

Get Another HP5500PS UV I would get a newer HP5500PS UV if it get your works done. I had the older HP5000PS UV and sold it to a buddy of mine 2 years ago who is still kicking butt with it. i would stick with 4 colors though, inks are expensive.

We use an hp5100 Postscript laser printer. It prints on letter - A3 size paper. I use translucent "paper" that has very minimal shrinking (and very cheap, about .12 a sheet of 11.5x17.5).
