  1. 985 sq ft: Island Air Duster 2000 vs. AllerAir AirMedic Pro 6 Ultra

I have read multiple reviews of the Duster 2000 on this site where people have reported zero fumes. Even with more than one machine. Does anyone else have any 1st hand experience?
  2. 985 sq ft: Island Air Duster 2000 vs. AllerAir AirMedic Pro 6 Ultra

I am going to be moving a single Epson S60600 into a 985 sq ft space, and will need to acquire an air scrubber. Ventilating outside is not n option. The Duster 2000 units come highly recommended, however I am inclined to think a unit that size may be overkill for less than 1000 sq ft. Does...
  3. Disabling Epson S60600 Auto Cleaning

Multiple employees. I handle all of the printing.
  4. Disabling Epson S60600 Auto Cleaning

A user could just as easily power off the machine or unplug it from the wall. Must Epson treat SureColor owners like incompetent morons? If you can't stay on top of one of these machines you deserve what you get. Let me do what I want with my own equipment.
  5. Disabling Epson S60600 Auto Cleaning

So those of us who use their machines daily and are meticulous with them are forced to tolerate loads of ink being wasted? Today I had my gloves on and stepped up to the machine to do routine swabbing and before I could press the button on the panel it fires up a full cleaning cycle. Wasted time...
  6. Disabling Epson S60600 Auto Cleaning

Does anyone know how to completely disable the auto cleaning behaviors on the S60600 or similar machines? Epson was no help, this is getting ridiculous. I just want to be able to control when the d**n thing is cleaned.
  7. Epson S70 Parts

Seems like a silly charade for a "trade-in". Disabling a perfectly good machine and creating junk to justify a couple thousand dollar discount... Why bother? Just offer the discount. Why wreck existing machines?
  8. Brand new S60600: Grainy/Fuzzy Output

Temps are 104° 104° 122°, same settings we have used for years on the S30 using several different calendered adhesive vinyl films. The output quality (or lack thereof) is near identical regardless of which media/profile setting combination is being used, including the 3M sample rolls that...
  9. Brand new S60600: Grainy/Fuzzy Output

Heater settings are good. No buckling whatsoever, with these new Epsons I don't see how that would even be possible. The fluctations in the horizontal widths on the font characters are sporadic and not media related. That is the whole problem. No media profile or adjustments to any profile will...
  10. Brand new S60600: Grainy/Fuzzy Output

We just got a new S60600. Head alignment checks via the panel are dead on and everything else is dialed in. Regardless of rip settings, profiles, lots of trial and error, and doing everything imaginable the S60 is not producing clear sharp type like our old S30670 does. Nowhere close...
