Is there anyone else running the HPFB500 or 700 that has had some issues and HP wants to blame you for the problem? I am just about done dealing with anyone within the HP organization and looking to never buy another piece of their equipment. Such a shame they do not want to take care of their customers that have been loyal for years. I would like to hear from anyone that is having the same problem with HP.
