  6. Attn: All Flexi users - fonts not working after the Windows update

    I just had my first support call on this issue. True type fonts seemed to work fine, just postscript fonts were the issue. Removed update KB2753842. Also turned off Automatic updates temporarily. Hopefully issue will be resolved quickly. (Crossing Fingers) :doh:

    The most likely scenario is the resolution of the plotter driver is not the same as your Roland Machine. From Production Manager (not Cut/Plot) Select your plotter, then from the Select Drop down menu, Default Job Properties. The 3rd tab displays your resolution. Should be 1016 for the PNC1210...
