the CET 60 series ink is great. high colour gamut (profiling obvious reason) and great adhesion. we run a 500Q CMYK+W 2 rows of heads.

we have been running our Vortex 4200 for almost a week now. it has preformed very well, for both maps /line work as well as some full coverage work. the heads have there own internal maintenance system which makes it a lot easier. we are still doing calibrations for some different medias...

is it a quality foamcore that you are using? if so, the answer might be as simple as having your lamps on high. if you have that option, not sure what printer you are using.
