Perhaps it is not pulling evenly on the take up. I will check with our printer operator. This is like bowing, except it's bowed on one side, and not the other (vs bowing down the middle of the material)

Clearly some people haven't had their work copied, or they wouldn't be doing it themselves. We once had a guy come in for an interview. He showed his portfolio, which showcased a trailer I designed, and we produced/installed the decals. Foot... meet mouth.

All well and good on a spankin brand new cargo van straight off the lot... A whole 'nother matter when you look at some of the box trucks and vans that have been in service for some time... They usually want a wrap because it's cheaper than new paint... so theres that too.

Thanks... I did not realize they changed inksets on the new model. Not worth the frustration imo. We'd likely want to print panels for a single wrap in half the time using both machines... I sort of figured this would be the case before asking, but it confirms my fears, that a used 25500 would...

Anyone running both a 25500 and the new 26500 side by side? notice any differences? Boss mentioned possibly getting a 2nd printer (we have the 25500 currently). It'd be an issue if we couldn't run different panels for a given wrap on either machine (and have everything match up). We're running...

We still run our edge on a win 98 machine. It doesn't have to be blazing fast if it functions as a sort of 'rip' machine specifically for the edge & plotters... Both the dongle and edge require parallel ports (Bi-Directional I believe?). The plotter likely a serial port. Something to watch for...

You know the type... I'm guessing shes very specific on that type of tree/leaf being portrayed for whatever reason, when it's likely that most customers will identify it as a pot leaf when it's green in color. Which is why I changed the leaves in the 'quickfix' As for my 'quickfix'... hands are...

The Onyx update fixed this issue a while back... for the most part, this thing is running and making profit... Ran into a small issue with a whole lot of bangin going on during warm-up... Turned out to be the pads on either side of the printhead carriage were all gunked up with ink... Removed...
