Hi I am in the uk and we have a newing hall 400 we run it on an older version of windows than those you have there I am not in work today but will have a look for you to see what we have tommorrow
Hi I have an early vutek gs2000 iv printer and have converted it to run without all the problem electronic valves putting in taps at the tanks down to the heads and just leaving the top 2 electronic valves to control the ink going in and suction/pressure when I want to flush the heads through...
Also I am thinking that if vacuum is leaking into the tank it aereats the ink ink causing bubbles and also swells the ink making it overfill and bad print
Hope this helps let me know how you get on
Ps the white blocks are where the vacuum is generated using compressed air I believe so if they work they will make a noise but check the connections even so
The machine I have is a previously much maligned Vutek GS2000 so as you are I am on a very steep learning curve, I believe that you have a suction leak at the bottom or below the secondary tank which is allowing it to draw ink up from the head and pipes and overfill the tank which then floods it
You have a problem with your suction leaking somewhere, the meter at the left should read somewhere around 50/54 to find the leak nip the clear plastic pipes in turn along on top of the secondary tanks that go into the electric valves at the front until you see the meter regain its correct...
I have a rather well used Vutek GS2000 and jetpack No 11 is out of line with the other black jetpacks and it is fitted correctly, can the time of firing be adjusted electronically in the jetpack settings ie offset velocity and if so how
You won’t hear them just go round checking tightness on all banjo connections on clear pipes also on ink pipes and also O-rings on connections to the heads on the offending colours
does anybody khow of anyone with ricoh gen3 printheads in stock i am looking to buy a few but an finding them very difficult to obtain in the uk or europe
