You could also try contacting Keencut direct, they probably won't sell direct to you but might be able to point you to a distributor or confirm/deny they are no longer available.
Here is a link to their parts centre: https://www.keencut.com/product-category/accessories-spares/all-spare-parts/
Late reply but was just scanning through old S101 emails. Anyway, I wouldn't trust a software package to copy everything over properly from an older computer, have you tried removing Flexi on the new computer and reinstalling it? That would be the first thing I'd try. Sounds like it does detect...
Here is some info on that error: https://printcopy.info/index.php?mod=erc&brand=Mimaki&model=JFX200-2513&page=13 (assuming it's the same for your model, sounds like it is as the message is the same). That shouldn't really have anything to do with your top and bottom being offset, only left to...
Grrr, issue returned, One Note kindly added those virtual printers back to my computer. I'll keep looking for another solution in spare time and post up if I find it.
You got me on the right track, thanks. I just deleted the Onenote virtual printers and it seems to have fixed it. Still seems odd to me as both the Onenote virtual printers ports were set to Onenote ports and my Flexi software had my cutter set to it's IP not to one of those virtual ports.
In...
Whenever I cut something from Flexi 19 on my computer it opens up Microsoft One Note, my file still cuts it's just One Note pops up telling me it is cleaning up from the last time it was open. I've also had a customer report this issue in the past.
It doesn't really cause an issue it just...
GCC cutters have what sounds like a similar setting. 'Auto Unrolled Media', while this is enabled any time you cut it will roll off 500mm slowly then roll back and start cutting, it does that every 500mm through the job. Can be useful for media which sticks to the roll so it slowly pulls some...
Here's a video from Mutoh just as a reference if you want to see if you are doing it right and to clarify cleaning beside the head, don't clean the actual head surface: It's an XPJ printer in the video but still the same on the VJ.
Is that while it is asleep or awake that you notice it cleaning every few hours? If it's asleep then you need to check the Set Timer setting in the 'Sleep Mode' menu. The other settings you mentioned are the ones for while it is awake. You could try updating firmware too, I think the latest is 3.08.
If there is metal bent then that can really cause some issues, the spillage would likely have done quite a bit of damage. I'm not sure what the resale value on that printer would be but I'd say in repair costs it's getting pretty up there and even if you start replacing stuff you don't know that...
I'd guess it's for some other printer, I don't think a '29-31' pin cable would exist as that means two pins go no where. I would say it's risky putting it in the printer as the pins might be wired to different places than on yours which could cause damage to the head and/or printer board. I...
