A lot of the design programs for signees have a function for that. In Flexi you have Text to Path and Arc Tool which will both do that.

Is that while it is asleep or awake that you notice it cleaning every few hours? If it's asleep then you need to check the Set Timer setting in the 'Sleep Mode' menu. The other settings you mentioned are the ones for while it is awake. You could try updating firmware too, I think the latest is 3.08.

If there is metal bent then that can really cause some issues, the spillage would likely have done quite a bit of damage. I'm not sure what the resale value on that printer would be but I'd say in repair costs it's getting pretty up there and even if you start replacing stuff you don't know that...

I'd guess it's for some other printer, I don't think a '29-31' pin cable would exist as that means two pins go no where. I would say it's risky putting it in the printer as the pins might be wired to different places than on yours which could cause damage to the head and/or printer board. I...
