Check that the drain lines from the dampers to the pump and from the pump to the drain bottle are clear. That can cause ink to back up the lines. Cheers, neil.

mate what printer are you using? what rip software/profiles? we have issues here with solid colours banding (a broad 20-30mm strip with colour drop out) intermittently. Humidity does have an effect, as do the heater settings and profile used. I tried fiddling with the feed speed but it didn't...

Mate you shouldn't have too much trouble with flexi/production manager messing up files - try saving out of photoshop as a flattened tiff and print that. Production Manager is pretty handy RIP software - you shouldn't need much more than that. Cheers, Neil.

We use Dibond brand (Alcan Composite) 4050x2050mm sheets here; can get them in 4, 5 & 6mm thicknesses I believe. You may also be able to get the sheets in Alucobond (Alcan) as well. Both are European made products and really good quality. Our main shop sign is made of 2 sheets side by side...
