    Bulk Ink System Mutoh makes a bulk ink system for your machine but I have not played with one yet outside of checking out parts and pieces at Mutoh. About $1500 to set up. That includes the 1000ml bags of ink. Not sure if that is where you want to go or not. I'd suggest checking out others...

    I had a customer with the same issue recently. I replaced the junction board and the reader board. Quick and easy took care of all issues. Plus I was told never to reinstall a cartridge once that error pops up.

    Graphtech Error Code

    Check the position of your registration marks. Measure to make sure they are in the right place on the print. This is where I would start. That is based on the error code on the cutter. I am not to familliar with Onyx. Hope this helps, I am sure someone here can answer it spot on.

    Olfa makes a liner cutting tool that works great. I would be willing to bet there are several MM here who carry them.

    3M General Purpose Adhesive Remover. Have used it for years and it works great for everything I have used it on.

    You replaced the heads? I would check the head cables to make sure they are inserted correctly and secured. Also make sure they are not damaged.

    This might be a dumb question but do you have the correct tool selected? CB09U, CB15U? It looks like something you might find when the pen tool is selected.

    I have dealt with a few of these issues. The ARM sensor is usually the culprit and cheap and easy to replace.

    Oracal just recently released a stone guard laminate. ORAGUARD® Series 280 Stone Guard Film. Have not seen any yet so for me the jury is still out.....

    How about Oracals 3951HT. It is meant to go down on low energy plastics or hard to stick surfaces.

    Just set one up on our floor for demo and installing one at a customer site early next week. So far it is a kick to watch. It is one fast machine!
