  1. Wall cabinet construction

Being in Texas, Eastern Metal probably also delivers to you We often buy stock length extrusions and then cut and weld them together ourselves or SignComp will send it to you, cut to size and, you just need to put it together
  2. Seeking ADA/Interior Architectural Signage Vendor

I would recommend Esbee Sign Systems based in Houston. I've used their help before and they were quite nice! FYI, I'm not affiliated with them or anything - just throwing a recommendation out there.
  3. Question First $1,000,000 in sales?

I would 100% be interested in this! We are in the beginning of our 2nd year and would love to be able to look back in 14 years as you have done and be happy with our growth! One of the best ways to learn is from others with the same/similar experiences!
  4. Question First $1,000,000 in sales?

I think, and maybe a lot of people would agree, that a person like this is hired in with moderate level of experiences and is sort of "groomed" to that position. The definition of what you like your "right hand" to be might be completely different from how another owner would like theirs to be...
  5. Poll... Is this site still slow?

I think I'm the only one in this thread so far... but I'm using safari No speed problems so far. I had a day of slow connection when I believe they were doing the switch but after that it has been smooth sailing.

We could also help if needed :)
  9. Percent of Jobs by sales price

I think I would have to agree with him on this one. Of course, this will 100% vary based on your focus and where your end goal is but at the end of the day, there are always some small jobs that although profitable on a % basis, are still not worth the time, effort and headache they can cause...
  10. Suggestions Need a new supplier

We use ND4C for ours. They have a local office, but they would deliver as well. Prices are good, and quality has been consistent. They are also trade only!
  11. LED retrofit matieral

the thickness of the aluminum is your preference. But the 3/4” is the lowest i can go and still be comfortable with how the modules fit on.
  12. LED retrofit matieral

I’ve been using 3/4” square aluminum tubing, 1/16 gauge Its been working really well
  13. Installing Flat letters with tape & Adhesive

Thank you for this! I've been thinking of just cutting out the centers of the letters but wasn't sure if it was worth the effort. I think Ill try it on this next job!
  14. Installing Flat letters with tape & Adhesive

Hi, curious what you mean by "pinning" them? Not sure if I understood that correctly. This is an interior application, about 18" tallest letter and 1/4" acrylic
  15. Installing Flat letters with tape & Adhesive

And in terms of patterns? I haven’t used Lexel but 3M VHB Is my go-to tape :)
