I agree with you on the expensive rip software. I draw everything in illustrator. But after 10+ years of .fs files and so much $ invested in the switch we made from flexi 7.5 for PC to flexi 8 for mac I'm just going to deal with it for as long as I can.

Before I try this is there anything I should know about trying to cut a shape out of .010 or .020 polystyrene using a summa S120 T series, 35 degree blade. I have a 60 degree blade. Will it work? what blade would be best if so? I don't want to damage the machine.
