  1. "RAMCHARGERS" font

To Marlene and the others, I APOLOGIZE for the way I came across..............still use brushes.
  2. "RAMCHARGERS" font

Thanks.I found the font that was needed. By the way Marlene, it's "the" 60's not "teh" 60's...........
  3. "RAMCHARGERS" font

Greetings: First of all, Thanks for any help with my request. I'm looking for the word "RAMCHARGERS" font that was used on their drag race cars in the 60's and beyond. I'm sure it's a simple one, but there's days when I can't get going the right direction. Thanks......still use brushes
  4. Double-sided tape

Thanks for all your suggestions. I'm no longer in the Huber Heights area. I have had the banners for some time. They are enamel receptive and excuse me, but I don't use vinyl, I still hand letter/paint everything. Didn't think about carpet tape. I'll check that out. Have dealt with Meyer...
  5. Double-sided tape

Should have mentioned, that I'm closer to Home Depot and Lowes than a local supplier. If anyone has bought something from those folks.
  6. Double-sided tape

I'm looking for a good, strong double-sided tape to use on a back-to-back banner. It is only temporary and will be used outside. Prefer minimum 3/4" or 1" width. Will be used for other projects also. Home Depot carried a real good product sometime ago then discontinued it. Thanks.
  7. 1-shot Cleaning Brushes

I was trying to be courteous to you Old Paint with my reply. But now I know what the PhD under OldPaint means, DUDE!
  8. 1-shot Cleaning Brushes

With all due respect to "OLD PAINT" I'm not here to cause any flak with you . My use of transmission fluid has been going on for at least 5+ years. I have had no adverse conditions with my skin or any of my brushes. The bristles do not fall out and have had real good luck doing it that way...
  9. 1-shot Cleaning Brushes

On a new brush, I'll clean the brush good with mineral spirits, then soak in Transmission Fluid, turn upside down so it will work into the ferrel, squeeze out excess and store away. Tranny fluid sounds strange, but it has worked on my brushes for a long time.

  11. Thoughts/Opinions on BBQ Sign

Looks good, except for...Reduce "PIT" and build up the "BAR-B-QUE". Let's go Eat!
  12. Thoughts on this design???

I understand that the grey area will not be wrapped or vinyled. What I meant was I usually use just a line or outline drawing with no extra fill. OK?
  13. race car designs

I've raced roundy rounders, karts, etc. and lettered a few. Something to keep in mind. Check to see what the local race tracks say in their rule book pertaining to minimum height of numbers and positions front and rear. Some tracks get kinda' picky if not legible for scoring reasons........
  14. Thoughts on this design???

The layout you have there is what we call the E-MOD Division. What's throwing it off for me is all the gray in the wheelwell area and the windows. Try dropping that out, use the top 7 of your second design with a Gun Metal Gray Diamondplate design with a black, bold, but not overpowering...
