I just added a mutoh 1324/Q54 combo last month to my shop and we love it. Prints are great and its fast. We have done 3 complete vehicle wraps as well as a ton of banners and print and cut graphics on vinyl. It has made at least $4000 since it arrived. GREAT investment.

THANKS EVERYONE! I figured out the head height lever right after my initial post. Then printed the banner to let it hit the floor to see if was a roller issue. Then i noticed the banner's cardboard inner roll stuck out about 1/4. When i taped the banner to the take up i had it right on the edge...

a google search you will find that This is a printhead driver temperature error. The usual fix is to replace the printhead. If that fails, the mainboard needs to be replaced. if the head was bad it could have fried your main board. Was it from a confirmed working R1900?

Thanks for the reply. Can you tell me which gerber cutter you have any your dial setting on the blade carriage? I have the Older GS15 (not the plus) Also i have only found the material at hyatts.com do you have any other suppliers for it you can direct me too? thanks again.

try printing one straight and cut it. It looks like you are doing them angled to save material. When things are on angles if its off a little at one spot it can be off a lot at another. We see this with setting up angel design on press for screen printing.

Has anyone used a Gerber edge and plotter for print and cut magnets? If so how well did it turn out? I have a few little league teams that have asked me for short runs for parents. I would love to hear any tips or tricks.
