I don't know if they have what you need but I have been satisfied with these templates for dirt bikes and snowmobiles. https://www.motosportstemplates.com/ These are not 100% coverage and work well with the vinyls made for these types of plastics.

Curious about what your issues are? I haven't experienced any problems with them yet. My most recent order arrived last week as ordered.

Panel Saw, Skill Saw, Jig Saw, Router or Utility Knife with a good blade. Follow any of these with a de-burring tool to take the "edge" off that is created when cutting.

Wondering if anyone is familiar with the product in the picture? Unfortunately, the picture is all I have. My customer described it as a removable decal with a slot to put a business card. I am in need of a supplier for these, or something similar.

We have cut several rolls of print material. I run a piece of 6" application tape around the roll and then wrap the same area tightly with masking tape. Then we use a sawzall with a long blade. Haven't had a bad cut yet.

Sounds like one of the units is going bad. Without a way to test them, the easiest thing to do would be to jump each one out to see if it stays lit. If it does stay lit, the unit that isn't hooked up needs to be replaced.

Did the same thing years ago. Came in handy when material costs started to fluctuate frequently. Edit one number and the entire price structure re-calculates for it. Nothing unlaminated here. Intermediate with laminate ranges $5.50-$10.25 sqft with the average being $7.95.
