Roland & the Wizard have very bad reputations, The Vison engraving machine has a good reputation, they are located in Phoenix Az. I do not know who the rep would be in your area.

If the computer is XP try taking it back to an earlier date when it did reconize the printer.

I use Sign Lab & have the dongle. I had someone make me a little program so that my computer thinks the dongle is there. I keep my dongle in the safe. If my computer is stolen I still have my dongle.

If there is an XP mode in 7 & I run casmate in XP now I should be able to run it in XP mode if I have 7?

If there is an XP version that is compatible with 7 will casmate run in it?
