Thanks, had already looked there...I'm looking for an alternative for the engraving plastic. Sheets or white or other color(s) of plastic 1/16" thick thats fairly tough. Will get vinyl lettering...not engraved. Not sure what material would be best..pvc scratches easy.

Talked with the customer and was told an old sign painter drew this on the window years ago and painted it. So this may not be a font.

Yes, i replaced the sensor and the strip. Don't think I'm getting the head locked right. Will try it again tomorrow.

Roland sp300v was printing fine, then started printing blurry and curved across the page. First gave me a carriage disconnected error and 0101 error. Tried to do the initialization procedure, but the cutting head wouldn't disconnect. So I ordered a new limit sensor and strip. Installed them and...

Thank you for the ideas. I have a roland versacamm and a vinyl cutter, no access to a router or laser. Will look through the my list of wholesalers to see if any have the ability to do this.
