Tracing program. I've been using the online subscription one for awhile. Considering the desktop version but not so sure if its worth the cost yet.

Have you considered using a punch over a drill press? I've also used groments in the corners before to reinforce those attachment points.

Cant seem to locate this font. Thought it was similar to Brother Bear but isn't. The R is what is Tripping me up.
