Thanks alot everone for your input on this. I beleive I am going to go with the 4ever post as mentioned. Complete setup of ground rod, vinyl post sleeve and cap for $46... cant hardly beat it. and as I said these are temporary so this would be the ideal setup.

It will be a 60" post sleeve with 2 fooot in the ground and 4 foot out of the ground. These are just custom for sale signs in front of 48 different houses. So will not be there for more than a year.

I have engaged that spring mechanism on the front plate that holds the head and tried to physically move the head but cant seem to move it.
