We already have a cutting plotter. Our purpose is to design & sample decals and stickers for Electronic devices like laptops etc..And for that we will be using self-adhesive Vinyls from Oracal or LG, 3M etc. So all we need is a decent desktop sized printer which can print on any Self-Adhesive Vinyl.

Forgot to mention that we need this printer just for designing our samples. I mean I know this output will not be the same as the eco-solvent printers but this could be somewhat close to how we want it in the Eco-solvent printers. So the process would be like designing our artworks using this...

My bad. :) I should have been more specific. The printer is not just for proofing. Its mainly for our designing and sampling flow. We outsource our printing and so sampling and production happen at different locations. So we cannot do without the desktop printer. I know there will be a lot of...

Which Oracal series in cast vinyls?

We have tried 3M IJ180C-10, 180CV3-10, 180mC-10 and Avery 1105. 3M is slightly smoother than Avery but Avery is more whiter than 3M. :D
