Sorry to hijack the thread, but it is tangentially related; Who do you other 570 users recommend for service? Are you going through HP or do you have an independent tech? I need a new tech near Chicago and I'd rather not use HP.

I've been happily using grafxnetwork for my HP service needs for awhile, but they lost their Chicago based tech to COVID earlier this year. Does the signs101 community have any suggestions other than going back to HP for service? I appreciate your feedback!
