The tech never installed that on our computer when we got the printer over a year ago. I have tried downloading the epson edge and it always says it is complete and I can open it at the shortcut but there is never a shortcut or anything for me to open when I finish the installation.
Does anyone know of any good profiles for the S80600 to use with Flexi? When we had our printer installed the tech just went with a basic 3m profile and I haven't found too much other than onyx profiles and wanted to try something different with our substance media. I know we can get better...
Does anyone know what would cause this? When printing it sounds like the motor is making a different noise and the foil just seems to stick along the vinyl and not roll up into the other roll and just causes it to break after a few inches of printing.
Our tech just showed up finally and it looks like one of the heads they just put in is bad. We were printing on single head mode and it stopped doing it.
Yes, these are the same ink that was in the machine before the head swap.

So I just sent the images over to the vinyl supplier and they are saying it looks like it could be static dissipation? Has anyone ever dealt with that or think its likely?
Yes this does it all throughout the media and even on another roll of the media. I did not try a different media yet but I have seen this on two different rolls of the same media.
