Hi! I could of sworn the printhead wiper of my VG2 was always facing up. I tried watching the printheads going over the wiper while printing, but couldn't see much. Is the wiper supposed to be up or down by default?

In case anyone else encounters this, the tech advised me to keep the headheight at medium as opposed to low.
