I noticed you have the pcut 630 and have found a way to make it work well. I'm having a problem with mine not cutting all the way around some of the letters and sometimes only scoring the material. Weird thing is, it only does this sometimes, other times it cuts just fine. Any suggestions on settings that might affect this? Is software an issue with regards to this? Thanks.
